We began our cannabis journey in 2019 out of a strong desire to help empower individuals to take control of their own body’s natural healing potential. Our goal from the beginning was to use farming practices that would create the best environment for them to grow. Instead of fake lights and chemicals, Squish is sun-grown and solvent free, using water from a natural water source, infused with premium organic nutrients to allow the mycelium network to thrive and support our plants.

We believe polyculture helps nurture the natural balance that nature knows is best. We hope you will agree.

Within each of us is an endocannabinoid system (ECS). Just like we don’t advocate altering your ECS, we respect the plant intelligence of cannabis and harness its true potential with extraction processes that allow a full spectrum product.

We believe that the pharmaceutical companies have caused far too much pain, suffering, and deaths due to their greed and manipulation of science. The cannabis revolution is part of a larger system move to a smarter and healthier way to find healing. CBD-rich cannabis is a gateway after all. A gateway to healing.

Just like our father’s patients when he was a dentist, our customers are an extension of the love we have for helping each other heal, the love for each other, a love for Mother Nature that allows these plants, and a love for the powerful cannabis plants we get the opportunity to play with.

What makes us unique is that we are farmer owned.  We are the farmer and the processor in this vertically integrated organization. We are in no way part of the trash to cash movement where biomass is used to isolate only one particular molecule. We instead use only use our own hand trimmed flower combined with quality oils to make our products. We believe that the love we show our plants all the way from seed through harvest and completion shows in our final product. Our employees are all like an extended family to us. We feel truly blessed with this opportunity to provide you a long-banned plant back into common use.

From soil to oil, all our products are handmade. We are a family owned and operated small batch cannabis company located in Marion, IL. Squish is on the same family farm that co-founders Todd, David, and Ben were all raised on along with their other brothers Jay, Adam and Dan. The other co-founders are Dr. Bill and Terri Lawler the proud parents of the “six lads” as they have been affectionately called (seriously, my Mom had “6 Lads” on her license plate 😊). Dr.  Bill was a co-founder and our Chief Science officer, and the best father my brothers and I could every pray for until he passed away in 2021. Bill was an extraordinary father, was married to Terri for 52+ years, was an extraordinary dentist, scientist, farmer, musician, oil man, joke teller, friend to anyone who crossed his path from New Zealand, Spain, his beloved ancestral roots in Ireland, and everywhere in between. Dr. William Lawler found incredible benefits in the palliative effects of cannabis and was a chief enthusiast to get this mission started!

We believe that regenerative agriculture is the sustainable way to move forward. Our farm will never support the greedy, corrupt, and harmful chemical companies that have poisoned our soils and foods for long enough. We will beat them on our farmland and in the courtroom. Our goal is to become a microcosm of biodiversity and sustainability. Our practices and philosophies are influenced in this movement we have met at the Emerald Cup where awards are given every year  for regenerative farmer of the year. True so will be accomplished by cover cropping and extensive composting efforts and use of animals here on the farm along with companion planting and beneficial insects such as bees and earthworms and the healthy living microbes in our soil. If we   shift our  consciousness to soil health we become managers of soil instead of producers of food/plants. Our job as people of this great earth is to get back to eating what is in season and produced locally. When we do this our individual gut micro- biomes thrive the way they have thrived for millions of years.
